At our January 2010 meeting of the Cedars Neighborhood Association, I was humbly nominated to serve as Treasurer of the CNA Board in 2010.

Qualification:

· 2006/7 - Tuscany Condominiums, a 100-unit complex near Greenville and Mockingbird -

HOA Board member

· 2007/8 - Miller’s Ferry Row - a 13 unit complex in the Cedars - Treasurer

· 2008/9 - Miller’s Ferry Row - a 13 unit complex in the Cedars - President

· Sr. IT Project Manager – 20 plus years – Managed several multimillion dollar budgets

· Sr. IT Business Analyst – Over five years – Internal IT consultant

· Always wants to know, "How are we going to fund this?"

· Patient

Activities and Societies: By far the best education I've had came from failures, trials, and mistakes. I have an MBA in survival, rapport building, and how to build professional friendships that last forever.

Hobbies: Hard Work and Relentless Avoidance of Unemployment
