Join us for guided hikes throughout the day. Bring your lunch, and enjoy our shady new riverbend picnic site, overlooking the Trinity River!

Evening activities include night hikes, animal encounters, kids’ crafts, amphibian watch, and-- starting 7:30p.m.-- we’ll participate in “Swifts’ Night Out” where we monitor our chimney swift tower.

Join us as representatives from the Dallas Parks and Recreation department and the Dallas Urban Forest Advisory Committee share plans for the future of the hike/bike trail systems, urban parks and other open space designed to make Dallas a greener city. 7-8:30pm everyone is also welcome to enjoy nature crafts, animal encounters and guided hikes on over 4 miles of accessible trails.
